Adjustment to the Full marathon training schedule

After much consideration and input for the Head coaches, Randall has made the following distance change to the Full marathon training schedule.  Please make note of the new distance for your color group below, it replaces the pull down schedule that is listed online.

Red / Yellow

12/23 - 16 miles
1/6 - 12 miles
1/13 - 16 miles
1/20 - 13 miles

Blue/Green

12/23 - 16 miles
1/6 - 13 miles
1/13 - 18 miles
1/20 - 14 miles
